Important: Because Swiftly uses artificial intelligence to deliver its core services, this section explains how your data interacts with AI systems. We encourage you to read it carefully.
4.1 How AI Agents Use Your Data
When you use Swiftly's AI-powered marketing agents, your inputs (such as campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and content prompts) are processed by third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, to generate marketing outputs on your behalf. This processing is necessary to deliver the core functionality of the Service.
4.2 AI Training & Model Improvement
Swiftly does not use your proprietary content, brand assets, or campaign-specific data to train or fine-tune any AI models. Your content remains your own and is used solely to fulfill your specific requests within the Service.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified usage data (such as feature usage patterns, general performance metrics, and error logs) to improve the overall quality of the Service. This data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your original content.
4.3 Third-Party AI Provider Data Practices
Our AI functionality is powered by third-party providers who may have their own data processing practices. We contractually require our AI providers to:
- Process data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests;
- Not use your data to train their general-purpose models;
- Maintain appropriate security and confidentiality measures;
- Delete or return data in accordance with our agreements.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our AI providers for additional details on their data handling practices.
4.4 AI Output Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication or distribution. Swiftly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
